1: QA Engineer
: Qualification: BE/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
: Experience: Min. 6 Years in construction Quality Assurance
: Solar/ Wind industry/ Power sector background
: All applicable Indian standards for civil works quality control
: Reading drawing and extracting the key quality parameters from drawings
: Testing procedures of the civil materials
Role Requirements
: Implementation of Field Quality Assurance plan at site & ensure compliance, implement the testing of the civil materials, mechanical & electrical.
: Advise on best practises during project construction
: Civil Materials inspection like cement, aggregate, water testing before use
: Carry out the design mix evaluation which must be received from NABL accredited laboratory & implemented at site.
: Preparation of civil checklist as per design / drawing
: Daily process quality inspection audits & checklist sign-off
: Slump & Cube register implementation at site & recording test result daily basis & signing the witness
: Share daily Finder Fixer report in meeting with project manager at site, close open issues on a daily basis or escalate as the case may be
: Raise NCR to non-conforming work executed & fallow-up for closing NCR
: If repeated failure observed, QA engineer to issue STOP-WORK advise to the contractor after discussing & concluding with project manager at site & higher management
