: Qualification: BE/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
: Experience: 3+ Years of relevant solar O&M experience ( Preferably 5MW+ Projects)

: Responsibilities:

: Lead O&M activities for ground-mounted solar PV plants
: Manage on site teams, subcontractors & vendors
: Monitor plant performance via SCADA, PR analysis & fault trends
: Plan and execute preventive/ corrective maintenance
: Ensure compliance with HSE norms (ISO 45001/ 14001)
: Coordinate with engineering & Asset teams
: Manage reports, inventory, spare procurement & budgeting
: Conduct site audits, RCA & ensure operational excellence
: Strong technical knowledge of inverters, SCADA, Modules etc.
: Proficient with CMMS, solar analytics & remote monitoring platforms
: Hands-on leadership, communication & Field coordination skills
