Job Responsibilities:
Collaborating with HR teams to implement the People Analytics Roadmap in alignment with the Business needs and priorities.
Data storytelling by creating concise, narrative-driven reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical insights.
Assisting the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized dashboards for the key stakeholders (Leadership, HODs, HR leads, HRBPs, etc.)
Monitoring business and HR metrics related to attraction, development, and retention process.
Addressing complex issues by using mathematical concepts and statistical analyses.
Experience:
Proven expertise in workforce management, data analysis, predictive analytics, or related field, preferably within a complex organizational setting.
Deep understanding of HR functions including people metrics, HR Operations, Talent Management processes, and
organizational dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
