Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Solar Power Plant

Solar Technician
Number of Position: 4
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Ground-Mounted Solar Site)
Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and rectify faults on both AC and DC sides of the solar power system.
2. Maintain and regularly update plant performance reports and share with the operations team.
3. Sound knowledge of key electrical components and systems such as transformers, VCBs, inverters, and solar PV Modules.
4. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance as per standard operating procedures.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during all O&M activities.
