  • FRT Assistant Project Manager – Power Distribution

    Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
    Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Power Distribution / Field Operations
    Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Project Head

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a technically sound and field-savvy FRT Assistant Project Manager to manage and execute operations in the Power Distribution sector. Based in Jodhpur, this role requires hands-on experience in managing field teams, supervising technical work, and ensuring SLA-bound service delivery involving HT/LT lines, transformers, meters, and field response activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Field Execution & Coordination Supervise daily operations of Field Response Teams (FRT) related to breakdown resolution, disconnection, reconnection, meter-related tasks, and network maintenance.

    Candidate Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Must)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Power Distribution, field project execution, or DISCOM-related work
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety, grid structure, and power distribution protocols
  • Hands-on experience with FRT operations, HT/LT breakdown handling, and team supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and reporting formats
  • Willing to work from Jodhpur and perform field visits daily

  • SITE SUPERVISOR (Electrical Background)

    • Location: Rajasthan
    Industry: Power Distribution
    CTC: Up to 25,000/month

    Requirements:

  • Must have an Electrical background (Diploma/ITI/B.Tech)
  • Experience in field/site supervision preferred
  • Strong coordination & communication skills
