POEN POSITIONS:
1. Accountant (Job Code: GRMCO1)
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting
• Skills: Knowledge of taxation preferred OR Proficient in MS Excel & Financial Reporting
• Responsibilities: Handle supplier bills and verification OR GRN processing and data entry OR Manage complete accounting for the project Engineering recruitment services
2. Sales Officer (Job Code: GRMCO2)
• Qualification: Graduate in Civil/Commerce/Marketing or MBA (Marketing)
• Experience: 5–6 years (preferably in Commercial RMC)
• Skills: Strong negotiation & communication OR Knowledge of RMC products, mix design & ERP
• Responsibilities: Business development and lead conversion OR Manage client relationships OR Handle order bookings, pricing, quotations, sales reports & payment follow-ups
3. Executive – Maintenance (Job Code: GRMC03)
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8–10 years in RMC plant & transit mixer maintenance
• Responsibilities: Maintenance planning & execution OR Raise PRs, manage spares, minimize downtime
4. Mechanic (Job Code: GRMC04)
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 10–12 years in RMC equipment maintenance
• Responsibilities: Operate and maintain RMC plant/machinery OR Attend and rectify breakdowns
5. Production In-Charge (Job Code: GRMC05)
• Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain Management
• Experience: 8–10 years
• Responsibilities: Production planning & dispatch coordination OR Client coordination, site visits OR Drive sales growth, monitor payments
6. RMC Plant Operator (Job Code: GRMC06)
• Experience: 8–10 years operating 60+ cum capacity RMC plant
• Responsibilities: Operate batching plant as per mix design OR Generate delivery challans and reports OR Maintain plant cleanliness & functionality
7. Executive – Raw Material Procurement (Job Code: GRMC07)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Civil/Supply Chain
• Experience: 5–6 years in RMC procurement
• Responsibilities: Raw material sourcing, vendor negotiation OR Logistics and inventory tracking OR Ensure quality checks
8. Senior Store Keeper (Job Code: GRMC08)
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in SCM/Inventory/Stores Management
• Experience: 5–7 years in RMC/Construction industry
• Responsibilities: Receipt & issuance of materials OR Maintain inventory, apply EOQ & ABC analysis OR Supervise store operations
9. Store Keeper (Job Code: GRMC10)
• Qualification: Diploma in Inventory/Stores Management
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Responsibilities: Handle storage, receipts, and issuance OR Maintain inventory records using EOQ & ABC methods
10. Manager QA/QC (Job Code: GRMC12)
• Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 10+ years in QA/QC (preferably RMC)
• Responsibilities: Implement QA systems & lab operations OR Ensure IS/ASTM standards compliance OR Mix design, raw material sourcing, customer complaint resolution OR Lead QA team and drive continuous improvement
11. HSE Officer (Job Code: GRMC11)
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety
• Experience: 3–5 years in RMC/Construction
• Responsibilities: Enforce HSE norms, PPE compliance OR Conduct inspections, training, incident reporting OR Maintain safety documentation and audits
