Position: Solar Technician

Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary: The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. This role involves hands-on work with solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation of Solar Systems:
o Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting systems as per design specifications.
2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
o Perform regular maintenance checks on solar installations.
o Diagnose and repair issues related to solar equipment and electrical components.
3. Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
o Adhere to company protocols and safety guidelines during all operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
o Good communication skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
